For new applicants, applications will be provisionally approved for a period of seven (7) calendar days within which the membership fee should be paid. Likewise, proper introduction thru an email to be sent to the Club via clubopelphil@yahoo.com is strongly encouraged. Joining the Club/Forum is subject to the approval of the moderators/officers/Board of Directors.
Current members who have not paid their membership fee for 2010 wil lose access to the forum. Full access may be regained by re-application/registration likewise subject to the approval of the moderators/officers/Board of Directors. As a consquence of this any posts made prior to restriction of access will be labeled as a post made by a "Guest".
